RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN 

The withdrawal period will expire at 14 days of the day that you (or a third party you indicated, other than the carrier) take material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing through email at:

info@ajrmotocicletas, providing your personal data, such as; Name, address, phone number and email address. You must also indicate your order number and the reasons for your decision to desist from the contract.

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise on its part of the right of withdrawal be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

The cost of shipping the parts for return must be assumed by the customer. The item to be returned must be properly packed for return. AJR will not be responsible for returns of products handled by the customer, or those found without the original packaging of the factory, or those that are incomplete in both its main elements and accessories.

WARRANTY 

The guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.

The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with incorrectly.

The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to normal use of the product, improper or abusive handling by the client or by third persons not authorized by the manufacturers, nor materials subject to wear due to its normal use.
